Lindsay Inn

We have stayed here a handful of times while we are working on building our house on 6 acres we bought in St. Jo, TX. Staff is always super friendly. The jacuzzi suite is a little expensive, but totally worth it after a long day working out on the land! The rooms are always clean. If you need something just walk down to the front desk and they will help you. We prefer to try little mom and pop places if they look clean and these place is great. There is also a fantastic BBQ joint right across the street!

This motel was basic but clean and in a decent location. It is right off the highway going into Lindsay. The neighborhood behind it is quiet. The rooms have what you need and are decorated nice and brightly. We had a good stay! No issues.

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with an elegant and modern interior that makes you feel like you are in your second home. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were exquisitely equipped with luxurious toiletries. In addition, the service was exceptional, as the crew was very friendly and helpful, and they were always ready to meet the needs of the guests professionally. The cuisines were also very varied and delicious, making every meal an exceptional experience. I cannot pay tribute to the level of safety provided enough by the hotel, as the preventive measures have been strictly committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of guests. In short, it is a hotel that deserves all the recognition, and I highly recommend staying there for a unique and unforgettable experience.

I wanted to leave a positive review as we really took a chance with this one - seeing some unfavourable reviews I wasn’t too sure about staying here - and yet the rooms were clean, nice looking, with a shampoo, conditioner, and a shower gel. Everything was perfectly clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

My husband and I spent the night at the Lindsay Inn on 5/13/2022 and were very pleased with our stay. The tile floors are a bonus - motel carpets can be dirty - these floors were very clean as was the rest of the room. The entire bathroom area was spotless. The hotel is about 4 miles off the interstate so no traffic noise at all. The beds were very comfortable and we spent a quiet, restful night after driving all day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Pretty decent for a mid-level motel. No breakfast, but I didn't expect one. We needed a handicapped room & that past was perfect - better than most. The room was very large with plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. It had a linoleum floor which some might find off-putting, but, again, perfect for a wheelchair. The only reason I downgraded the room from 5* is that some of the construction dirt had not been cleaned up. (At first I thought the room had simply not been cleaned.) Plus, there was a bare socket still right above the sofa. Would have been dangerous if we had a child with us. ---- Oh, and place is also dog friendly.

Amazing hotel! Absolutely loved it. My husband and I got a room and it was perfect. Everything was so clean and it felt like a home. Room service does come a bit early (10:00), but other than that, its an amazing place! I would 100% recommend it to anyone staying near or in Lindsay, we once left our keys in our hotel room and they gave us another one to use and they were so nice. We did have to ask for bath towels but like I said, it's an amazing place to stay at. 100% recommend it. We absolutely loved it.

Great value for the price, despite holes in the sheets and the noise of their ongoing remodel. An unfortunate issue with our stay was the next door occupant: their dog in their room was keeping us up all night long with his yelping and moaning. The walls are clearly a little bit on the thin side. Overall though, good little place. The jacuzzi was far better than expected.
